Cycle Cals needed?

Good day all

I have started with my cycle of testcyp and dbol, on for 4day,s now.
I have been on a cutting diet to get my bf down. Started to pick up my cals 3 weeks ago,

I have add carbs to my diet and picked up the cals slowly.


Current specs

100kg
13.5% bf
1.93 tall
cals total 2839

Protein 1120
Carbs 1368
Fat 351
Split into 6 meals

Sins starting the cycle on Monday, body weight fluctuate between 100 and 101

I need some advise on how much I must pick up my cals without putting on to much bf.

Increase cals by 300 every week until you notice that you are gaining fat. Careful with this as Orals will make one feel that way by bloating you. Keep training intensely and try to kepe everything the same while you are trying this. For the average lifter on cycle their needs are normally between 3000 to 4000 cals.

Your carbs already high enough i.m.o so I would only increase protein and fats. You are a big lad so I would say go for 300g protein per day from pure sources.
