Split as follows:

Hitting same as Oupa suggested. No need to have such high protien when bulking. Carbs needs to be the higher percentage

Give me the strength to forgive those who curl in the sqaut rack

So what about the ppl that are carb Sensitive ?? For me adding more fats to my diet and only using carbs morning pre and post workout help me add mass with minimal fat , so carbs don't have to be the most Important food Source when bulking , you want to add muscle mass not become a fat blob , but u have to find out how your body reacts to different tipes of food

Good responses guys thanks for the input, keep them coming.

Kuifie and Oupa completely agree, protein can become an unnecessarily expensive energy source when bulking.
StanTheman, 100% agree, ultimately we all have different tolerances and its a good place to be at when you can recognize what works for you.

Keto:

Protein 35%
Carbs 5%
Fats 65%

Is this about right?

Carbs: 40%
Protein: 40%
Fats: 20%

500+ maintenance for Bulking
0+ for maintenance
-500 for cutting

But always a 40/40/20 split for me at the moment.
