Hay guys

I'm opening my own thread before I hi-jack someone else's thread

Could someone please give me a suggestion or link to a page or website that has accurate calorie measurements of food sources please

Because I have gotten mixed answers now and to calculate a proper diet I need accurate calculations

Any suggestions or links would be very helpful

I have been using the Myfitnesspal app on android for some time now, and it works brilliantly Imo.. Has a very big data base, with almost all the foods from Rsa supermarkets ect...

Pleasure bud.. Had the same problem before I found it.. Helps alot.. Play with the app a bit.. It helps track your weight, gives you the Grams of your micro split ect, and allow you to create meals you have everyday....
