Is there any real benefit of Vitargo over normal Dextrose? What's the big difference? Digestion period?

im not sure but i can tell you from personal experience- my muscles felt fuller on dextrose based drinks! Although, normal dextrose bloats my tummy and vitargo not at all.

I prefer Vitargo, dextrose makes me feel like i am 25 shits behind schedule.

If I remember rightly it's supposedly absorbed a lot faster than the others (dextrose, maltodextrin, etc), I'm not sure if it works much better or if the extra price tag is worth it. But try it. I like waxy maize.

Ye from time to time I mix 40g creamass which is waxy maize with 20g bcaas as an intra.
