Just shove it down... Supplement with a Mass gainer like muscle junkie, offers near 1000cals per serving.

On cycle equipose will increase appetite.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

I find a small amount of cardio helps boost my metabolism and appetite

I can do the shoveling thing for only that much more before I get so nauseous that I either puke or can't eat for the rest of the day.

anyway I'll try the oil thing for a day or to and report back

I personally wouldn't advise any force feeding. It's bad on many levels.

This is one thing I do. Great tip.

Another is make the diet more appetising. If that means adding certain foods that are maybe not "clean" that's still fine as long as you got the main meal in.

Another is the peptide GHRP 6. I have a gut disorder of sorts and without this I could never have re-built my appetite like I've done.

So --> light cardio + cheat items + peptides = increased appetite.

Vitamin B12 can apparently increase appetite but I ave no first hand experience with that one. If you were to try B12 though I'd opt for injection or sublingual.
