Carb cycling question was created by Rhino
Hey Guys

Just a question I was looking through a Mates Carb cycling diet and on the low carb/cal days some of his meals not all of them are for instance Chicken/broccoli! With no fats or carbs to speak of is that rite?
I thought you'd need some energy source in each meal instead of just protein/veg or is it set up to deplete reserves? The next meal would have some Avo in for instance.

I'm no fundi on Carb cycling so I'm just interested

So in principle you have a high carb day like 60% carbs and eat over maintenance. You have a moderate carb day about 25% carbs below maintenance and then a low to no carb day 50% protein 50%fat and eat 500ish sub maintenance?

I no that's really simplified but is that the basic idea?
