Thought I'd open this thread after seeing Rhinos Mince meal, and Fakeys trick to lean out mince...

So the idea is to post any of your own meals or recipes that may come in handy. Cause we all know how much variety our diets have

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

I posted this awhile ago... but still really helps me.

Meal is 100g oats, 6 eggs and peanut butter

Pretty much mix the eggs and oats into a mixing bowl, stir up and fry in a pan like a fat pancake/waffle..

Comes out nice and fluffy. I put peanut butter and cinnamon and honey over it and enjoy. Big nutrient meal thats actually enjoyable

Make your own nut butter!

Ingredients
2 cups unsalted roasted nuts
2 to 3 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 tsp Canderel

Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine the nuts, 2 tablespoons of the oil, the salt, and the sweetener, if desired. Process on high speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and process to desired smoothness, adding more oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, if a smoother butter is desired. Adjust the seasoning, to taste.

That sounds awesome, I personally LOVE almonds so will give it a go...
Heard a lot about almond milk :P, no chance of a recipe there?
Also Pyro, this nut butter will obviously be broken down into ingredients and portion yielded... That can be input into calorie counters to monitor what you putting in... Just thought I'd point out the seemingly obvious

Murphy's Law! Can't find the recipe. From memory:

Almond Milk (I hope)

Ingredients:

1 Cup raw almonds
3 Cups boiled water
Canderel to taste

Directions
Place the almonds and water in a container and let stand overnight. The next morning you should have fat and plump almonds. Drain the water. Blend the fat almonds for 5 minutes until completely smooth. Strain the juice through a sif into the final container. Place what is left behind in the sif onto a clean kitchen towel. Close and twist the towel. Squeeze like your cheating ex girlfriend's neck until you extract as much delicious juice as possible. Add Canderel to taste. Et voila! :)
