Hi Guys I would like to know from the " nutritionist" or dieet guru's how much eggs can I eat per day for protein to hit my macro's and Quinoa can I just eat that appart from my morning oasts as for my daily carb intake

The effect of egg yolks on your cholesterol depends on your genetics. Some people can pig out on eggs every day without any negative effect on their lipids while some people's cholesterol will go into the danger zone. The only way to know for sure which group you fall into I'd say is to do bloodwork before and after eating lots of whole eggs for a few weeks.

That said, the yolks don't have much protein compared to the egg whites, and you can eat as much egg whites as you want to without worrying about cholesterol. But yolks are easy, nutrient loaded calories.

Quinoa is good but I can't stand the taste. If I can't get my oats in I blend it up and drink it.

Thx muscle , I dnt eat alot of yolks im currently on 10 egg whites and 2 whole eggs pd , i would take a small tin of tuna 80g , 100g cooked Quinoa and 2 egg whites + 1 Whole egg and wix it all together , the reason im asking bout the whites im working offshore and to strech my protein shake ive decided to do more eggs and tuna ,

I'm not sure of how much protein you want to get in, but i can tell you that whole eggs have roughly 6g of protein per egg, and egg whites alone have 3.5g of protein. I personally take the whole egg, but if you're only going to use the egg whites, and assuming you're using the eggs to replace a whey protein shake, you'd need 7 egg whites to get the same amount of protein (roughly). If you're using a mass gainer, the protein can range a bit, but for the sake of this reply i'll say there is roughly 44g of protein per serving. So you'd need 13 egg whites to achieve the same protein content.

How many times a day do you use your protein shake normally? I can't think of any reason you can have too many eggs in a day, unless you're eating the yolks and you're prone to cholesterol.

I've never eaten Quinoa to be honest, so can say much about that.
