What are your guys thoughts on the subject? I see a lot of the Pro's and John Meadows for one is a huge advocate of intra over post. So instead of whey/dextrose post you have about 60g of vitargo and 20 bcaas inta and then have a whole carb/protein meal post workout once you feel hungry again.

Doesnt a surge/spike in glucose affect GH negatively?

Hence after training when the GH levels are high (absence of glucose) post WO shakes work best .....

Same as when you shoot GH - it's when there is no glucose in the blood, and you eat/PO shake an hour later ....

but hey i seen plenty guys sip in between sets - i always keep it pre pr post not intra.

Never tried the intra thing before to be honest, but think i will give it a go this month soon. Will do a 4 week run and wont change anything in my diet.

As advocated by Charles Poliquin; I try to get close to 20mg BCCA around workouts, works well. +/-5mg pre, +/-5mg intra, +/-5mg post. Proper meal when I get home. Solid + satisfying. What approach have you been trying since you asked this Rhino?

I will be trying this soon, hopefully next week.

Is the Evox Carbo Vitargo fine for this?
