I'm Back!!!

Howzit everyone!

I have been m.i.a for quite some time now, and finally after some "slacking" i have gotten back to some serious training with a new partner. As well as trying to get my eating habits back on track. I am still clean, and not using anything as I am trying for a little one at the moment, and do not want to take any chances.

I learned so much in 2014, concerning training, diets, supplements, juice and just about the fitness lifestyle in general that I would like to share my knowledge and experiences with people who need and want help to improve their lifestyles or just get that kick ass physique!

I will be trying to gain some size in 2015 to get back to shows in 2016 and try to dominate! :woohoo:

How long have you been off cycle for Bud? Are you only going to start up once you've knocked the Mrs up?

My lady asked me to do a fertility test after all of my cycles for the prep last year, as it did include Decca.

I still have LOTS to learn about all the effects a cycle has on your inner working such as fertility.
But I have done some research on "decca dick", and some guys sperm production only turns back to normal after 6+ months after proper PCT.

My test results came back yesterday, took the test about 3 months months after my PCT finished. And everything is perfect with my little swimmers.

Thought this might be interesting and helpful to someone in here!

Get a Doc that knows about cycles, and the safety issues involved with some substances! It's a life style, not a quick fix!
