Hi all
So DK's thread got me thinking about homeostasis...
Is there a set amount of time one should maintain in order to allow the body to achieve homeostasis, before changing diet and training?
I know that its best for people who have lost weight to slowly change calorie intake so as not to shock the body, but any guide on period of time?
When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.
