Like you said it's just a number and as long as your moving in the rite direction alls good. Plus you need to leave it in the hands of your trainer he'll no better than anyone how your body responds and that's why your paying him.
Good luck

When are you planning on competing ?

Some quick feedback on the melanotan and the fff. Melanotan didn't make me nauseous last night, but did make my skin flush and look like I had a mild rash on my shoulders. Disappeared this morning and this morning's pin didn't give me the flush or rash again. So that's smooth. And as for the fff, I swear I feel like I'm brim full of energy. I wanna go pick up a car or something. Sitting at my desk I feel a little tingly but good. :)

Thanks man. This week is the water and salt management. Cardio is about to end on Monday and last weight session on Tuesday. Drinking 7 liters of water today hehe. Dammit it's hard to not just go into a shop and dig into the chocolates.

Well we've stopped doing body fat measurements a while back once it got low enough that all you need to do is just look for the definition changes. Weight fluctuates between 97 and 99 at the moment but this week will probably bring some big changes to that with the drop in water.

With gear, I took my last shots on Friday which were test prop, primobolan, and tren acetate. From now on its just oral winstrol, anavar, proviron, tamoxifen, clen, letrozole and tertroxin. All I can say is contest prep is damn expensive. Just when you think you've bought enough to last a while, bam, another 3k, and another 4k and so it goes.

Hi guys, I think it went well. Here's a link to a couple of pics that shows my lineup. I feel it was a closely matched group, although I was the lightest. I weighed in at 92.3kg's on Sat morning and the group was 90 and above, so that left scope for pretty much anything. I remember standing in the line before going on stage and thinking "shit, none of these guys are pushovers". I came 4th but I think I am happy with that. I feel proud to have been on stage and not have been the easy choice for placing last and that's all I could have asked for. I now know where my weak spots are and what I need to improve on. I'll take as long as necessary now to put on about 10 - 15kg's of stage weight on before I compete again and then I'll aim for S.A's.

Congratulations man!
You looked excellent

PS - where was the show? Pretoria? If you did the one in Blaigowrie, you would have taken the division easily

It was in Pretoria North. I suppose that's the luck of the draw hey. In many ways I think it's better to lose to an excellent line up than to win against a crap one, but I suppose the heart still wants the gold hehe. The chief judge said that he normally thinks a novice show has an excellent turnout when there's 40 athletes, this show ended up with 80!

Thanks. Definitely learnt a lot. I've been pigging out a bit since Sunday hehe. But I'm finding my feet again and back on most of my usual carb diet except for the additional yummy thing that passes my way. I'm gonna take things a bit easier for the next week or two. Gotta focus on some exams coming up which I've been neglecting but I'm gonna make sure I pick up the amount I eat and see what I can do about training for size soon. If anyone needs a dedicated gym partner and goes to virgin anywhere in pta East then let me know. I need a good gym partner to help me get to s.a's. I'll be needing to save some cash so I'll be stopping daily training with my trainer and rather get his guidance with diets and programmes and so on.
