lean mass / fat reduction diet while on cycle

Hi Guys

I need some advise please , I'm on cycle at the moment , my diet consists of 2-3 g of protein and +- 3g fat / kg Body weight , I try keep carbs below 100g per day (Calories around 3200 per day ). (Using Banting principles)

My body fat is around the 20% mark , I really want this to drop but also want to ensure I gain a steady increase in lean muscle tissue .

I'm picking up weight and body fat isn't dropping , Please give me some pointers.

Wow , down to 1600 calories , I train 5 x a week , will I have the energy to get through workouts and the day + Muscle gain
