Hi guys

Which option is better,

1. Someone who would want to bulk/ build quality muscle in the future.

Must the person bulk then cut later? (high bf +- 25%)

Or

Must the person cut down bf% then bulk?

Or

Is it up to the person and their goals?
But which option is better?

Assuming diet and training are in check of course

ALWAYS fat loss first. Fat aromatises testosterone into estrogen which kills gains.

I reckon 15% is the absolute max. Even then I would structure diet to allow loss of BF during the cycle. As well as use the aid of an AI like letro from the start to minimise estrogen.

This bull shit of you're at 25% may as well bulk now and diet down later is nothing more than a crutch used by fat people to justify the use of AAS and bugger up their general health. Seen this too many times.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

I see a lot of fat guys saying they are bulking up while they are fat. And a lot of guys are convinced that getting big with high bf% then cut its the best than cutting then bulk. For me it's cut then bulk

I am trying to get to 10% then will start upping cals slowly, exactly as Oupa mentions above.
Bulking while you're still carrying high BF to me is a excuse to not do the hard work (aka diet)

There's this one guy i work with. No definition, bf around 17-20%. He's huge but you can't really see the muscles its hidden by the excess fat. Legs are bad, he's always im this bulking mood.

He's one of them dudes that takes advice at the gym, jumping one 1 diet to another, training programs even juicing without pct. Someone told him that if you use the stuff safely and as directed "NO NEEF FOR PCT"

Just said good luck to you dude. Tried to help but he just doesn't wanna listen.
