No its fine just time them right...

Low GI with breakfast and pre workout.
High GI post workout.

The rest of the meals go for protein, fat and veggies.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Dextrose and Maltodextrin are good for a post workout...

I prefer having cornflakes with whey :P

Make sure it fits with your goals though...

If I were you I'd drop the 12h00 carbs. Perhaps increase your oats and 16h30 rice?
I would actually reduce the rice and substitute with sweet potato. Good complex carbs!

Try split meals about 3 hours apart...
Eg.
6h00 meal 1
9h00 meal 2
12h00 meal 3
15h00 Pre Workout
16h30 Post Workout
17h30 meal 4
20:30 meal 5

In Essence this is 7 meals but you get the idea...

That final meal is usually a slow digesting protein like Casein to preserve muscle through the night.

And in bed by 21h00, we need plenty of sleep!

 when you say "OMG" I start picturing you as a teenage girl. :P

Just aim to feed your body every 3 hours. Have set meal times and stick to them.

My layout was just an example, it must fit your lifestyle.
