Hello everyone, Im a 21yo female, 170cm and 60 kg

Please keep in mind that I am a vegetarian and the "meat" I eat at lunch and dinner time are obviously vegetarian meat. I also don't eat eggs. Here's my diet, any suggestions and tweaks welcome!

My goal is to lower my bodyfat percentage and be toned
BMR is 1 448 calories × 1.55 equals 2244 maintenance

Meal 1
60g wheat free pronutro
200 ml soy milk

Meal 2
40g super whey with water
25g raw mixed nuts

Meal 3
100g stirfry veggies
75g "chicken"
50g chickpeas
100g brown rice
5ml avo oil
15 ml soy sauce
5ml wholegrain honey and mustard dressing

Meal 4
40g super whey
25g nuts

Meal 5
5ml avocado oil
75g "chicken"
15ml soy sauce
100g mixed veggies.

Macros are:
Fat: 36g
Carbs:163g
Protein: 131g

200 ml soy milk

40g super whey with water Whey protein is also fast absorbing AND protein IS broken down for energy - not terrible, but there mmay be better proteins out there.
25g raw mixed nuts

Meal 3
100g stirfry veggies
75g "chicken"
50g chickpeas Yes has protein BUT also high in carbs
100g brown rice
5ml avo oil
15 ml soy sauce
5ml wholegrain honey and mustard dressing Honey is hi GI

Meal 4
40g super whey
25g nuts

Meal 5
5ml avocado oil
75g "chicken"
15ml soy sauce
100g mixed veggies.

Macros are:
Fat: 36g
Carbs:163g
Protein: 131g

Structure it so all your High GI carbs are immediately post workout.
How is it working for you? Do you not feel depleted without "real" protein sources?

Have you always been a veg head or changed later in life?

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.
