The HCG diet was created by Mason Might

Just found out my mates wife was given HCG by a local doctor along with an eating plan (super low calorie) for fat loss.

Is this safe and effective? Is it even ethical to have HCG prescribed for this purpose?

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Its been on the marker for ages bud. Does the low calorie diet do the job or the HCG

At 500calories a day I don't think I'd have the energy to get out of bed.

Just another fad diet. Very disappointing that a qualified doctor would do this. Just because someone studied and got a degree doesn't mean you should blindly follow what this person says.

Yep it bothers me that a doctor is recommending this to patients. I'm yet to see one respectable, clued up person recommend this fad.
