Hi guys i wanna get your guys feedback and opinion please!

well i was 92kg but mostly fat and decided to try and diet down!

right now im 184cm and 80kg , i don't know my body fat percentage but i can physically see its less than before!

what i want to ask now is what should i do next guys?

should i keep on in my caloric deficit? or go up and try and BULK or should i just go very slight surplus kind of lean bulk?

reason im asking is i feel im kind that skinny fat look and it feels like if i keep dieting im gonna just become a skinny bugger!!

How long ago did you lose weight?

Be conservative. Slowly increase ccalories and see how your body reacts. Don't try jump on a cycle too quickly. You can still go far natty.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

This weight loss has been like in the past 2 months?

No i dont wana jump.on cycle i just think i should.increase and start building beacuse i feel.like.if i keep "cutting" im gonna turn into like a skinny-fat person and i really dont want that

Maybe rather continue putting more quality muscle on my frame

So im lean enough then? One of the main reasons i was waiting i veacuse i wanted to be lean before i ever climb on cycle as its just better to be leaner beacuse the leaner you start the leaner you end?

Happy birthday dawg!!! B)

My advice is to stay off steroids as long as possible.
You've done a great job trimming the fat and you have loads of scope for natural muscle - muscle that is formed by your body and that you can keep into a ripe old age

You can achieve a huge amount without gear and if you lift hard and eat smart, you might even surprise yourself.
Good luck and keep us posted

Aha. Lay off the gear for another 4 years IMO. You can achieve alot without it. Max your natty potential, then drink from the vine ;)
