Do you need to prepare for an event? Why do you want to cut down? At your age and BF% I'd just slowly bulk. But like I said, maybe you want to get diced for summer?

thanks for the reply!

no i don't wana get ready for a show its just i feel like im holding a lot of bf or what would you say? judging by pictures?

i am currently trying to bulk up as lean as possible
and felt kind of fat in the process !

sound weird i know but i use to be a very fat kid and got teased alot about it when i was younger so i kind of have this bad mental thing when it comes to being fat

thanks for reply! you also give good advice on the other topics i have read and such!

I don't know what your BF is honestly. But dude relax, with your age and height you have a lot of potential. I spent younger years in *exactly* your state of mind (fat history, bit of body dismorphia) and always just wanted to diet. Learn from my mistake, maximize your age and hormones. Bulk, slowly. Have you much experience with training and diet? Start there.

It's winter anyway, cardio sucks now. Kekeke!

Jc001, keep calories at maintenance and actively lift. Observe change and move from there. Using the default 500cal surplus can be too dramatic depending on your basal maintenance now.

Glad you keen on listening to advice. Just remember to have a solid training program. That's what we are measuring against. Without lifting you'll stagnate/get fat/lose muscle depending on how good your caloric maintenance guess is.
