Sorry about the stupid question but I'm away and no where near my diets or charts.
How many grams of carbs and cals are in 100g of cooked rice?

Calorie breakdown: 3% fat, 85% carbs, 12% protein.

Ja, it gets confusing as hell.....

get close and call it done, move on.
It's not like medicine where an incorrect dose can have dire consequences.

Ye I worked it out from a pack of the green tactic one and like Oupiel said 120 cals is pretty much on the money. The 320 was 100g of raw rice then cooked giving you like 350grams of cooked rice.
