So in 2015 I weighed exactly 100kg at a height of 1.68 m tall, I know not very healthy and I also did not train or exercise in any way. I only played a bit of rugby that time. :lol: So I decided to go on a diet the day I stepped on the scale and get a gym contract. I then lost 35 kg in one year and weighed 65 kg I now weigh 67kg-68kg. The thing is now when I have a cheat meal or so I can I eat more then I usually could when I was overweight. :lol: Last night my girlfriend and I went to a sushi buffet and I ate 31 plates of sushi each plate has between 2-4 pieces. Sometimes I would even eat 2 pizzas and not be as full. Is it because of all the exercise?
I train 5-6 days a week in the morning I swim for an hour and in the afternoon I do weight training for an hour to an hour and a half.
