I posted about about a week ago regarding the choice between clen + yoh or FFF and based on the feedback i received I decided to go with FFF then add 40mcg of clen from week 2. Just waiting for delivery.
Here are my stats again

11% body fat - measured with callipers, not the wonder scale at VA
Diet:
Breakfast - 5 egg whites + 3 whole eggs with some steak strips occasionally
Snack - usually almonds or biltong
Lunch - protein ( chicken breasts/ beef or ostrich patties/ fish fillets) with veggies (broccoli/ cauliflower rice/ zucchini spaghetti)
Pre workout - BCAAs with L-arginine
Post workout - Casein + 20g of glucose ( I have mild residual renal impairment due to a childhood condition that was corrected, so I stay away from whey due to the rapid absorption of aminos that could strain the kidneys)
Supper (30min post workout) - usually some chicken breasts with veg again
I drink at least 3litres of water per day. I do usually have a couple castle lites on the weekend as well as a cheat meal. However, I will be cutting the beers out.
Training:
I have a very busy schedule so I try to do weights 4 times per week. I have started fasted cardio at 5am 4-5days per week. My usual split is:
Day 1: chest + biceps + forearms
Day 2: quads + calves
Day3: hamstrings + shoulders
Day 4: back + triceps
My question:
I'm looking to add some quality gains (and keep them) while staying as lean as possible and hopefully dropping 2-3% BF. I will be starting the FFF just waiting for delivery. Would it be advisable to do the Anavar + proviron cycle from the samples you guys have provided? Or a test cyp + proviron cycle?
- test cyp 250mg per week for 10-12 weeks
- proviron at 40-60mg daily
- PCT option 2
My only reservation about the test cyp cycle is that I do not wana put on much more size nor retain water. I have done a previous test enanthate + proviron cycle about 2 years ago and made really great gains but held a bit of water too.
