If you're juicing, adding Equipoise helps.

What are you actually eating? I find having the right meals available certainly helps... Tasty food is a game changer. And I'm not talking about junk food, but making sure you have spice, variety and texture... For example when bulking I enjoy the odd piece of wors, lamb patty, Cajun chicken, chilli tuna or salmon... For carbs you get really tasty oats, fruit, nuts, granola's etc and rice milk make for something yummy... Also, I can't eat plates and plates of veggies, so I supplement with cold pressed veg juices, etc

Don't need anything to increase appetite. When bulking and committed, just eat and stick to your schedule. The more you force yourself in the beginning, the easier it gets to maintain.

Never found this to increase my appetite, maybe if you're eating loads, to make your digestive system more efficient and healthier yes. Do you experience increasded hunger with this?

Hi Furk.

I must admit when I first introduced them it did boost my appetite was easier to hit my calories. When before it became monotonous. Now I hit my macros and calories easier but the increase levelled off at 2weeks for me. Just more regular now ;)

It is on you. It always has been...

I've always struggled with this. I think it's due to years of bad diet habits in my younger days before I lifted seriously. Would only have my first meal around 2pm and that would last me until some kind of presleep snack. Needless to say I weighed 69kg at the time.

I didn't find probiotics or digestive enzymes to increase appetite. Actually nothing I tried helped increase the sensation of feeling hungry.

....until I started on MK677. I absolutely love it. I hit my macros of 4300 calories a day so easily now and what's more... I love getting that much food in because it's so satisfying with the hunger MK is giving me.

I literally feel like I can just keep eating and for my goals.... that's perfect. Keeping it clean obviously. :)
