Hi there all,

Need advice. I'm fat

Stats- 32 years old, 6ft tall exactly, 90 kg, body fat..not sure, but I'd guess15-20%.
I did a fair mount of research before starting. I've done one cycle - 12 weeks 500sus e/w 200 Deca durabolin e/w. Pinning mon and Thur also took anastrozole (excuse spelling) 0,25 eod.
Pct- clomid, nolvadex, and Hcg( didn't actually use this as I learned that it is a pre-pct product).
Training was very good- 1 hour a day 6/7 days a week, with personal thainer most days. Training was easy and fun. I pushed hard.

Ok- I went from 77-92 KG in those 12 weeks,have fair/better shoulders, arms and chest and back, but my midriff is so soft and fat. I worked core 2 days a week and can feel', not see' my six pack. So I guess I gained 7/8 kg muscle and 7/8 kg fat

The reason I'm so fat is that although my course was done regimentedly,I trained hard and used good additional supplements, my eating was excessive. I thought I was supposed to eat a lot. Now I have love handles!,!!, I have a sweet tooth and ate a few too many chocolates at night, extra portions of meals because I was on the course.

I ended the course 26 days ago, and appear to be losing muscle, but not fat. Maybe that's just my mindset from being off the juices positive mind set properties. I feel and look softer.

My questions
1) can I starve(really lower calories). Still getting 200g protein a day and lose fat, not muscle in the next month/2? Before next cycle?
2) as a novice, what cutting cycle would help me and when shouldI start it?
3) with a better diet, and harder training,what cycle would get me the BEACH BODY look, with
4)When are YOU SUPPOSED TO USE HGC?

Hey silver,you're in a bit of a pickle now..

1If you want to lose that body fat you will also lose muscle,best thing to do to try and maintain muscle is to lift heavy and get a lot of sleep in,a high protein intake will help,but only so much when you're in a calorie deficit.
It's normal to lose some muscle and hardness after a cycle,but with a proper pct and diet you shouldn't lose that much.

2Time to new cycle=length of previous cycle+pct.
Stick to test and anavar with maybe clen or yohimbine if you're lean enough to cycle,you won't make any huge gains but will hold onto muscle while losing fat. Running a cutting cycle is super shit personally.

3Not entirely sure about the beach body cycle,I'm sure someone else could help

4 Hcg should be used from week 4 until pct starts,

Thanks Jono, really appreciate it.

I think that I had to learn how my body reacted to the gear,higher calories and training. I now know a lot more about myself and will adjust all 3 to my body type and reactions. In the mean time, ill train hard and heavy and keep calories low.

I will stick to your suggestion about time to wait till next cycle, although I want to start right now, I know the long term risks of not taking proper off cycle time are serious.

I had a lot of acne from the high test cycle. Was thinking of the following for cutting cycle, which is half the sust of previous cycle.

250 Sust per week (1-12)
Anavar 50mg ed week 6-12
Hcg and Arimidex through out cycle .500ui 3/week and .25 eod
Clomid and nolvadex pct

I can't handle the clenbuteral, makes me jittery. Will the yohimbine also do this?

Would training as a high intensity interval resistance training everyday, full body, work best for cutting? Or should I keep to my splits rather?

Cutting and bulking has much more to do with your calorific intake than the compounds you use. And if you're fat, gear is not the best way to lose it.

To be frank, it doesn't sound like you understand the basics of dieting. First learn how to lose fat and gain muscle naturally before you add steroids, otherwise your results will always be mediocre.

You say you ended your previous cycle 26 days ago? Do you know how long you need to wait before you can start running Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) also what did you plan on running for PCT and how long and at what dosages?

Welcome. No disrespect but you don't have a clue on dieting, training or gear.
The rest of us have been lifting for 5 to 16 years plus, spoon feeding is not the solution here. Work, work hard and see what works for you, research eat lift. Live it then juice.

Silver rather try and lose the fat off cycle and if you lose muscle so be it.. I know the feeling of wanting to jump back on after a cycle but in this waiting period you can really dial in your diet and lower that body fat..I started juicing on a high bf and got even fatter,more muscular yes but trying to drop my bf thereafter is super shit..

Work out how much your maintenance calories are,and eat quality diet foods below that. If you can afford it sarms are always an option to hold on to muscle.

Like the others said, do some research and trial and error.

I use accutane for my skin,but you should watch your liver if also using other oral.

How did you run your pct?

Hi there,

Thanks for advice. Here's questions to answers. Yes, I fucked up. Did train hard, but diet was not good enough. I have achieved S 'small beach body before, but want a more muscular one now.

Waited 3/half half life of Deca before starting pct. still waiting. Will start with clomid 50mg daily for a week then nolvadex for 3 weeks, 20mg a day.
I was 11% body fat before cycle and ate well. Was recommended by trainer to add lots of carbs in with each meal, and I did.
My diet is not perfect, I admit. I overate on cycle, and I also had some cheat meals in between. I did not take my meal plan as seriously as my training. I ignorantly thought I could eat more and less perfect while bulking. I wanted to bulk, as I was so small.

I did not want to gain so much fat.
I will lose the fat, and whatever muscle off cycle now, and do research the next 2 months.
Can anyone help me with a bulking and cutting plan. I'm not sure where to find effective advice.

Yes, I'm an ignorant newbie asking for advice. I have had people comment on how much muscle I gained, but I can see the fat jiggling, and won't accept it.

How much cardio should I do per week? I am intensive full body resistance training circuit useful to lose fat off cycle?

Go look at the dieting stickies spend some time and read it you wil learn to work out your own eating plans. Whether cutting or bulking eating is 80% of what you do...

That's the best advice so far. Despite previous posts I have researched the hell out of the gear, pct and training, but I ignored meal planning. I'm no expert, but a decently clued up novice.

That's why I'm fatter now I think. I will get fat % to below 12 before next cycle and wait at least 3 more months.

Hi SilverSurfer. Here is my 2 cents:
I have no experience with gear. I am now first preparing my body for a first cycle early next year. So I was over 30% body fat in Feb. I have lost 18 kg so far by focussing on eating well and at a deficit of about 700 calories a day. I do high intensity weight training only 3 times a week. And about 1 or 2 days I do HIIT. My experience so far confirms that your diet is definitely the greatest lever to pull.

I have gained about 3 or 4 kg's of lean weight as well. But still not where I need to be.

I will soon add HMB (a metabolite of leucine) at 3g per day. Do some research on HMB, in your situation I am confident it will help prevent muscle loss while you are on a deficit.

You will learn a lot on the diet stickies. Use the Katch-McArdle formula to determine maintenance calories. Use you fat mass multiplied by 66. This will give you the maximum deficit to run. Make sure you update it weekly. As you lose weight, and hence body fat, your deficit will shrink and you will have to eat more. Make sure you clean up you cheat meals. Eat quality meals 6-7 times daily.
