Morning Gents.

I need some advice on where/what to cut out of my diet for that last bit of "thick skin" to get shredded. I don't want to use a fatburner as it makes me very jittery and cant have that when I am working.

The problem when I cut down on good fats is I loose muscle size and feel REALLY "flat" even when I bump my protein up. So I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.

Meal 1:Smoothie

400ML RAW unpasteurized milk (normal milk makes me lactose intolerant)
80g raw oats
15g raw peanutbutter
30g whey
SSN vitamin pack

Meal 2: Breakfast

4 whole eggs
50g biltong (sometimes replace the biltong with 50g smoked salmon/ but then change the whole eggs to 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg)
100g oats or 100g mieliepap ;)
1 bananna

Meal 3:Snack

100g biltong
80g raisins
50g mixed nuts

Meal 4: Salad

100g Smoked Salmon or 150g Hake
200g rice or pasta with salad
salad to me is cucumber, tomato, lettuce, bean sprouts
dash of mayo light with home made chill sauce

GYM

Post workout

50g waxy Maize
35g whey
10g BCAA
10g Glutamine

Meal 5:

250g steak
200g potato
100g Spinach cooked weight
1L RAW Milk

Meal 6:

250g Chicken
200g Rice
100g Broccoli Steamed weight

Before bed Snack

50g greek yogurt
35g casein protein
30g mixed nuts

About 5L water per day.
100kg
not sure about the bodyfat, probably 10%

Thanx in advance

Hi Bud.

I would cut out the raisins and the pap. Slow down on the milk it contains carbs/sugar that wil hamper your goals.

Also consider adding in MK677

It is on you. It always has been...

I agree drop the milk use raw milk on a bulk rather and the pap.Try fasted cardio to get rid of the last bit in the morning before breakfast.Start with low intensity 120-130 heart rate max if this doesnt work or plateaus after a while move too high intensity interval 180 heart rate max. if cardio isnt you thing you can add a second training session per day and also shorten your rest periods between sets to 30- 40 seconds.

Is that an example of your diet or do you eat everyday exactly the same?

ps. It doesn't just go for you, goes for everyone posting n one day diet. Really hard judging one a one day diet if there is 7 days in a week.

Sore today, strong tomorrow!!!

Have you considered carb cycling?
