Zero Sugar Drinks was created by Oom G

hey everyone

so decided the body needs a bit of a detox as i let the diet go slightly, and picked up some excess stomach fat that i don't like.
i have the eating in place now again but was looking for some ideas when it comes to zero sugar drinks.

currently drink mainly water, green tea as well as black tea and coffee.
any tried and tested suggestions will be gladly welcomed.

Stick to Woolworths sugar free drinks. They don`t contain Aspartame and acesulfame k

Well you speaking about Green Tea, do you experience head aches when you drink more than 2 cups a day? Sorry I've been trying to get as much data as I can on this subject.

i actually have been lately, and wasn't sure if its due to cutting out sugar completely or the tea.

Coke Zero, I am sort of addicted to Coke Zero... Yes, it does contain Aspartame, but no one person can drink enough Coke Zero for the Aspartame to have an influence.

I use about 3 a week, but that's only when age kicks in and i forget my fucking vits and shit. Lekka drink must say, but to sweet not to contain 0% sugar, but its Monster, they should know their shit..........?? lol

ps - i still dont buy all the 0%'s on the list

Not something that is good for someone with anxiety or is it good on your heart / BP

watched this the other day with regards to diet sodas.
