Back in training and dieting after a decent time off. ( marriage / kids etc

)
Diet im basing on previous ones received from an AAS source. (can post if need be)
Second Week of dieting
Just have 2 questions, which I need some guys opinion on pls.
1) Pre Workout Meal @ 15:00 - should this meal be same as my lunch ( chicken and rice)
I have been eating 2 slices low GI bread and eggs for this meal ,but Im sure I need to cut bread out if im on cutting diet? I training at about 18:00 latest?
2) Fat Burner - when to incorporate? Start of diet, or what so 2-3 weeks in before starting. (FFF or ECA im thinking of)
