First of all,I am back in the gym after about 5 and a half to 6 years after alot of things happend like work fiance and now the wife. So now I am back.
I did a cycle back then the normal sustanon and deca with dbol. Someone on this site worked a diet out for me (don't know if I can mention his name). I have been training for 2 months now and would like to start a cycle soon but I need help with my diet.
My stats.
27 years old
1.86m tall
14% BF (was 8%)
86kgs
So I did some research and I came up with....
1g of protein per pound of lean body weight
2g of carbs
0.4g of fat
So that comes to
164g protein per day
328g carbs
66g of fat
