Ok, it's not entirely ethical but...

I'm taking part in a body transformation competition where improvement is a main criteria.

I'm definately not in contest condition now, but would like to bloat and smooth my lines as much as I can for the starting photograph - which should make my finishing photograph look like a world apart....

I know increasing salt intake is a first step, but what else can I do without actually pigging out and gaining fat?

Shot guys....

In order to be old and wise you must first be young and stupid.

Fuck sakes, I'm going to be a genius.

If you haven’t tried MK677, for some, me included, I take 10mg and I put on 3-4kg in one day of water.

We had a weightloss competition at work and everyone had a huge laugh at Pyro taking part in the competition cause I wasn't fat enough to win. So I drank a 2L bottle of water before I stepped onto the scale day and beat the second place guy by more than double.

What pyro said. Hydrate like a mofo for a few days, add a boozy cheat meal the day before, and weigh in late in the afternoon. Hard keto could see you "lose" 5kg in the first week.
