Contest prep cycle, diet, routine for my Wife

Hi Guys,

I need some advice for my Wife, she wants to enter contest that is 4 months away.

I don't have much info to help her with other than what I have heard from other females.

Her stats
Weight: 64Kg
BF: 20-25%
Length: 5.4'

Cycle:
Primobolan
Anavar 5mg
Female Stack

She has never done a cycle before so not 100% sure what would be best for her.

Diet:
Just need advise on total calories she needs to be at before starting to cut calories to burn fat.

Exercise routine:
Would it be sufficient for her to follow the program I am on or do I need to alter things i.e chest day and leg day etc.

She wants to do bikini wellness.

I am more than okay with that.

She already lost 40kgs in 18 months. So much to be proud of.

But I am asking for advise on sups and gym routine.

From another angle, let me tell you why. I can confirm her BF% as well as if we should be bulking or what the goal of the diet should be. You are probably not comfortable with leaving the photos on the net, so why don't you post them for me to have a look then I will delete immediately afterwards? Does this help bud?

100's what time will you post? I need to see her on set with full flex and one without. No need for tiny bikini Just need to see the large parts.
