I agree with everyone here. Good / whole foods are most important, But Whey protein has its place as well. Don`t throw it away.
It has a complete amino acid profile and it is easily digested.
It also has convinience factor, dont need to cook it and can have it immediately after training, where its not always possible to eat. Its also cheaper, per gram of protein.
