Black coffee. I like 16:8 eating on an IF diet. I can consistently get leaner and maintain muscle mass while eating more crap than I get away with on a 6-8 meal a day diet, but I don't gain muscle as well on IF. Doesn't work optimally for me on a bulking cycle.

I.m.o. best diet for bulking is good old fashioned carbs every 3 hours and a shitload of cals end of the day. Lots of veg.
