Hallo. I would allso like to get some information on the fat loss side.I have started exercising and looking at my diet but not on a diet.Have been going to the Gym doing a mix of 8 - 10 exercises. 4 Leg and the rest total upper body on machines every day the same.That is in the morning and in the evenings running 5 km's.% days a week.I am in this to lose my belly fat and get strong all over before the big build.I have lost 12kg of fat in 5 months.Now started to use anavar this week to help with the exersice and using Liquid Pharmaceuticals 20 mg twice a day,one in the morning and the in the afternoon.I have no experience in this and did this as what I read that it targets stomach fat ,visceral fat the best.My legs and upperbody(Arms,Shoulders)have not much fat.Can see some defenition.But the tjoop seems to be sagging more.

Any advise would be appreciated

Hey Varbo. Anavar is a great product, but not really something i would advise for a "tjoop" as you put it lol. First thing you need to do is look at your eating plan. For your goals eating/diet is your number 1 priority before using any compounds to assist fat loss.

Can you perhaps post your stats? Age, height, weight and bodyfat % if possible.

Then have a read through the dieting section stickies which will be your first step towards working out a goal with your eating plan.

Well done on the progress so far and lets try to keep it up

Hallo.

Thank you for the reply

I am a man indeed,40 Years old,1.82 and weighs 102kg.Body fat I do not know and will get that info .

I will browse in the diet section thank you,yes I really need too look at my diet though.I will study the section,is there any guys you know on here that can work out a diet after a consultation? I am willing to pay for that as for I am really focused and do not want to lose the momentum.

There is really no secret to FAT loss, just hard work, clean eating and cardio get you diet in order first then the rest ...its all about calories in and calories out, if you know what your maintenance calories is ...just consume 500 cal less for starters en monitor, I like to do a carb cycle where my weight training changes ...one week I start with bigger muscle groups first, then alternate it and start with smaller on other weeks. if you lose to quickly then limit your cardio, lose to slowly ..then up you cardio ...do lose weight to quickly else it might jeopardize muscle ... my quick 2 cents.

Howdy Varbo,

I would ditch the Anavar for now. At your weight, 40mg daily is too low and ideally it needs to be taken 3 times a day.

Then, a multitude of posts here will advise strongly against oral only cycles. You will get much better results combining with bi-weekly Test E or Test C injections.

Focus on the weightloss and get your BF% as low as possible natty, then you can start playing with AAS's.

You mention "big build", what exactly do you mean "big build"? You are forty, so your body isn't going to build muscle easily, especially if you're not genetically geared towards that.

But it gives you time to properly research and structure your cycle, required training, diet, required ancillaries, PCT etc. e.g. you can't start a cycle knowing in two months you're going on holiday for three weeks...
You need to literally set aside at least 6 months where the cycle is priority over EVERYTHING, otherwise you're wasting your money and making life unnecessarily difficult for everyone around you (I mean, life for everyone around you is going to be difficult as everyone has to fit into YOUR schedule. Once you decide on a cycle, make sure you have EVERYTHING before you start.

Hallo.

Thank you guys for the help so far

Ok gents my fat persentage is 26%,Muscles in the upper ,lower and middel body is more than 100% of standard.

I have ditched the anavar for now.Will keep you updated,at what fat percentage do yuo recommend I start a new cycle and what will I do together with the anavar and how much anavar do you recommend?

Once you've reached that, then you'll have an idea of the discipline required to cycle.

To go on cycle takes 150% on good days, 100% on bad days. There is no leeway.
