You missed your two hake meals
You also missed the other baby marrow. You also need to count the whe protein.

1g of protein is 4 calories.
1g of carbs is 4 calories.
1g of fat is 9 calories.

It is on you. It always has been...

At first glance I would say your calories are too low for your body weight and exercise plan. You don’t have enough healthy fats in your diet like Avó and olive oils. Going low carb, low fat high protein can work for a while but you will end up with down regulation of sex hormones due to insufficient healthy fats and similarly down regulation of T4 and consequently T3 Thyroid hormone. You will lose initially and then plateau, feel, crap and possibly put weight back on. I would run more of a carb cycling diet, low carb for 5 out of 7 days but with added healthy fats (increase your fats to around 70g per day on the low carb days) and then run one high carb day per week with very low fat as per this diet to maintain thyroid function. My guess your deficit calorie total should be more like 1800 per day on the low carb and around 2400 on the high carb day. In addition to the healthy fats in the diet I would supplement with CLÃ and Omega 3 (with high EPA and DHA (the Real Thing Omega is high in these, the cheaper ones are generally really low in these), also supplement with 5000u of Vitamin D, essential for sex hormone production.

Hi,

I don't know your age or high so I cannot really calculate your macros, but ideally you would want a ratio of 40%protein 30%carbs and 30%fats or 40% protein 40%carbs and 20%fat.

Try to keep your high fat foods limited to lower carbs than your other meals. Try almonds (or nuts but limit to 30g). You can alays do cottage cheese and peanut butter (limit to one tbsp a day). Add more carbs to your meals, but good carbs, i.e oats for bfast, pre-gym meal do brown rice and post gym add some sweet potatoes. During the day you can do low-gi brown bread if you want but limit to 2 slices.

I would suggest you read up more about dieting and using the tools to calculate your macros. If you have never done such a diet give yourself a trial run and learn how your body works. For me, high carbs is always a win and then tapering my carbs down later to lean out. I have done 2 trial runs myself to know what works for me. I learned from my mistakes of not adding in enough fats and sodium to my diet which always ended up in me leaning out to a point and not being able to get past that. So trial and error. But educate yourself and find what works for you.

I would like to suggest you read an article by Dr Layne Norton on contest prep dieting : www.bodybuilding.com/content/science-and...-contest-advice.html

Nuts are less ideal as they are high in Omega 6 fatty acids which are pro inflammatory. Monounsaturated fats from avocado and olives is a better choice and also the Omega 3 fatty acids from fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, trout)

So for my weight and hight I need to consume 3000 calories to maintain. So I decided to go for 2400cal to loose fat on a slow pace so I can save as much muscle as possible. Then taper down. At the moment my diet is carbs 34% fat 20% protein 46%. I'll adjust carbs as the weeks go by if Progress slows down. But first need to see if this works for me.

Sounds good. Slow and steady should do it. Not sure how your cardio is but cardio is key. I find doing cardio after weights works best for me (only 10-15mins at start then increase to 30 mins when I hit a point where I am not loosing enough BF%). I am no expert in this but all I have to offer is my own experience in what has worked for me.
