Ive finished my Cycle and PTC about 4 months ago and am feeling very good with the overall results.
My Diet is in check but i just cant get rid of some stubborn fat around my waist.
I gym 7 times a week, this includes weights and cardio.
Im 36 year old male, 85kg and want to drop about 5kgs. Is there a supplement or diet pill i can try to incorporate into my routine?
how about posting your diet that you are currently using?
Others might disagree, but i think you should be taking a day or 2 off from training every week. Keeping your body under strain won't help you either. Maintaining fat is also a defence system your body uses when it feels under strain.
