Hi Guys
I need some advice. I am currently 1.5 weeks into my cycle, and I am seriously struggling to eat. Breakfast and my 9:30 meal is all good, but at lunch I start struggling at halfway through my portion and all meals after that is almost impossible to get down. My meal after training is by far the worst as I start feeling nauseous even when I am still preparing my food after my Whey serving. I know diet is the most important part of the cycle so I really need to find a way to get the food down or trick my brain into thinking I am hungry.
Any sort of advice would be appreciated.
