Looking for a good coach that does customised, science based plans that have a good reputation.

It is for general fat loss. Not contest prep.

Not looking for someone that preaches pseudoscience and gives cookie cutter plans.

I have fair knowledge of nutrition, calories and macros so I am not looking for someone to BS me.
Looking for some accountability and for me to stay on track.

Any recommendations?

Yeah just contacted him actually. His prices aren't bad either.

There are a few other guys i know in sa. But for now i think those two guys are enough. Both the prices are almost the same price range.

Adjust your macros and training plan to suit your goals.
Change it up when you plateau.
I am at 7% body on maintenance calories.
Not too restrictive at the moment.
