Hi.

Each to their own so depending is he going to be using or not? Is he worried about testing or not.

If he is going to use and not worried about testing go to IFBB Pro League just google it and and you will see. One of my mates is their current Classic Physiqe champ in SA.

It is on you. It always has been...

He used before but has been natural for two and a half years and yes he is going to cycle again
So best would be no testing
I am going to cycle and prep with him and do the same show.
Me masters over 50
And he up to 85 kgs
I found out that next year's show calendar will only be finalised in January.
So we looking round about April next year.

No problem man anytime.

Just look at his weight height and body fat and be brutaly honest then decide on a category most suited where he has the best chance... maybe he wants to do bodybuilding but msybe he would be better of starting in a Men's Muscular Physique or Classic Physique and then progress and eork up to bodybuilding or classic bodybuilding.

Sorry for my whacked spelling.

Thanks bud
I have decided to wait another year before I compete.
Going to focus on clients prep.
And I have hired my own coach for assistance for the tweaks and little details.
Going to focus on the loose skin for a year and possibly avoid surgery.
Haven't done new pictures yet but did bio assessment on Monday
BF% is at 10% at 80kgs on the dot
Have been doing conditioning work the last six weeks this week I am doing a deload then next 6weeks I will change the program up a bit.
Trt dose only 200mg test per week.
High volume and moderate weight
Time under tension
Drop sets
Giant set for back
Fst 7 on isolation exercise
Max 1hour max intensity
Nice hard muscle
Have added co enzyme q10
And collagen to supplement routine.
Been lazy and haven't been tracking my macros.
Cardio walking 5km per hour for 20 mins 3 x per week
Chest meal once per week on leg day am struggling to add size to quads due to spinal fusion issue .
Am off all chronic medications and do light core work before every workout to engage the core and protect my back.
No preworkout just coffee half hour before workout.
Training 6 days per week and sometimes 2x per day.
Depending on how I'm feeling.
Chest and shoulders
Bi's tri's and calves
Back and traps
Legs
No direct hamstring work fucks my back up.

We need to change up you Muscle Groupings bud really. If you want that competition physique you do not want to move blood far on the day. No further than Sholders and Triceps or Chest and Biceps if that makes sense to you? Also do calves on their own if you really struggle with them or just do them with quads bud to me the legs are a unit and should be trained as such.

Bud all I would ad is to do slow negatives and at the peak contraction of every excercise hold the squeeze for 2 seconds and lower slowly

T, a question for you.

How accurate do you think the In Body Scan is where you stand bare foot and hold those electrodes in your hand and the machine weighs and scans you?

Waste of time bud totally inaccurate just had 11point bio assessment done in body had me at 15%
Bio assessment has me at under 7%
Just had a meeting with a coach advised to get my mind right and focus on the positive and get rid of the negativity.
No competing for 3 more years.
My mind won't handle the prep.
Nevermind the expenses involved.
Stay strong the mind is a powerful thing.
Remove external stressors and focus on the things you can control
