Besides appetite suppression and physical energy, what effects does ECA have?
Specifically, how does it generally affect one's mood, focus, and mental functioning? Does it have any nootropic effects like improving memory?
I'm interested to hear anyone's experience regarding this.

Hi Wun, I just started my ECA stack today. 150mg caffeine, 100mg aspirine and Relislim. I am sensitive to stimulants (Redbulls can help me stay awake for days when I'm on projects).

I just had an INSANE workout. Really excessive sweating, hyperfocus, felt like I was getting tons of oxygen and I didn't blink my eyes a lot.

I'll keep you updated on how it goes.

Hi Wun, quick update. Body has adpated to the ECA stack and I no longer get crazy energy from it, although it does help. I would suggest you do 3 days on, 1 day off to avoid desensitization. It really messes up your sleep as well. I have lost 12 kg since July 2020.7kgs lost in the last 6 weeks. Trying to stick to 1 kg per week. I am at 98kg now and can see veins on my abs. So tge ECA stack did definitely help in suppressing appetite and helping me stay energized while depleted.

i like using an eca stack 3 weeks on 2 weeks off, as with most fat burners actually, but that is my personal preference
