You have been giving me multiple "Eureka!" moments throughout this prep DJ! That makes much more sense logically. I have been monitoring my body's condition after every refeed, but I can definitely do this more structured and accurately and for more days afterwards. I will refeed today in a controlled manner and see what happens.

This is getting exciting now.

controlled manner? how many grams of carbs are you going to push? what sources. remember trying to get 1000g of carbs in from oats is like 2kgs of oats, whereas a 1000g of carbs from kids cereal, is way easier and tastier and what do you have with high sugar that is incredibly anabolic??????? INSULIN SPIKE.

when what are you going to do with the information? remember for me, it takes about 2200g of carbs to spill over and have that skin splitting fullness. it takes me 3-4 days to drop the water from that. so what are you going to do with that information?

also, remember something, when getting carbs in, you are not going to be able to get the same fluid intake in as you usually do on the day of ingesting carbs, it is not going to happen. LIKE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. so if you load today, your weight will go up tomorrow, your fluid intake tomorrow will be normal making your weight go up, and even more so the 2nd day after that. then starts to drop off.

Previously I tried things like a pizza & milkshake or 2 bowls of spaghetti & 2 toasted cheese.

I found that the pizza and milkshake was just too much and I lost definition and it took 3 days to get the weight off. The spaghetti and toasted cheese worked really well.

So I'm thinking of trying spaghetti again but adding some sugar this time and measure the results.

For me it is very important to record everything I do and the effect it has. Hence saying "controlled".

ok but how much fuller were you on the pizza and the milkshake and toasted cheese??? remember, fullness is the goal, don't worry about the water, that comes off. too many people come in FLAT and dry. also you had way too much fat in that meal, it not NO FAT,its LOW FAT.

remember, you are on stage for 1 day, so what you look like for the other 97days of prep means fuck all. if it takes time for the water to come off, so be it. you are worried about the minor parts instead of looking at the whole picture.

water is easy to get off, fullness is not easy to get right. so yea, it takes you 3 days to get the water off, that is fine, that is part of the process, in those 3 days you will be strong as hell, able to sleep better, and able to recover better too, so you are worried about loosing your abs BUT there are a 10 more benefits in those 3 days than that.

Tren will make people shout at trees because they are green. No other reason, it's a whole new ball game.

So, was this an accurate description of tren?

Hi Empire, I won my division and second overall. The line-up wasn't very big but I'm happy with the result. I came in at 86.8kg. Ripped to shreds. Feathers on my triceps and quads. About 3 weeks out I got a great coach te help me peak. It was a crazy workload but it did the job. I also got an IFBB pro to help with my posing.

Sorry for being quiet guys but I needed to put my head down and work. I am waiting for official photos still. I came in at 86.8kg with clothes on. Thank you to the forum members, especially empire, for helping me lose the initial 12 kg.

Well done bro.

Only a pleasure.

Now the next trick is keeping a good level on condition whilst reverse dieting out,no point in putting in all that hard work for the show to blow it in the next coming weeks.

Yes sir. I had some good food the day of the show and the day after, as per my coach's prescription, now I'm sticking to more-or-less my contest diet. Just with some more oats, fruits and some breakfast rusks (love me some buttermilk). I'm back in the gym today as well after resting for 2 days. I'm feeling good. I got some oedema yesterday, because I sit at a desk the whole day for work, but kept my feet elevated last night, had lots of cranberry juice en half a diuretic and now I'm good.
