Any particular food sources that are causing the bloating?

What brand of whey protein are you using? What is your fiber intake daily? Are you eating refined carbs such as pasta and bread?

Ok your water intake should be at about 50mls per kg of body weight..

Look at the ingredients on your whey protein, if there is any milk powders that is going to be causing shit. I only suggest high quality whey protein from guys like doorman nutrition, they are at the moment R960 for 3kgs of whey, and trust me when I tell you I have seen the product being made, it is whey concentrate, flavour and sweetener in the product. No added fillers to make the product bulk.

Next broccoli is well know to cause Gas and bloating. Try other green vegetables and change your whey and see from there. You are probably find just those changes will make difference.

When do you usually notice the bloating? Is it after a whole day's meals or is there actual physical gut bloating and gas afte certain meals?

Could be an egg issue. Switch that out for something else and see if it goes away
