Hey Guys. I would like your opinion on my current diet.
For majority of the week this is exactly what I consume. Might switch out the mince for chicken or steak etc. I stick mostly with the mince as its easy to prepare and consume. I really struggle with chicken breast.
My stats: 38, 100kg, 1.87m, +- 15% BF as I can start to see some upper ab definition.
Goal: Lean muscle as well as drop the last bit of body fat around mid section.
Anabolic History: Have run a few cycles without the best success as my nutrition wasn't always on point. Been on TRT dose the last 4 years. 125mg per week.
Next Cycle:
week 1-5 300mg test, 200mg mast, 50mg anadrol pre-workout
week 5-10 300mg test, 400mg mast
week 10-16 Not sure if I am going to up the dose or leave it. (input will be appreciated)
Training: 5 days a week.
Diet:
Meal 1: 2 large eggs, 90g egg white, 100g lean mince
Meal 2: 2 scoops whey protein
Meal 3: 150g white rice, 200g lean mince
Meal 4: 2 scoops whey protein
Meal 5: 50g rice cerelac(pre-Workout) - bcaa, muscle tech cell tech 1 scoop. (Intra workout)
Meal 6: 80g white rice, 250g Lean Mince
Cal: 2770
Carb: 222
Fat: 60
Protein: 288
