In you opinion what is the max amount of protein per kilogram body weight you should consume for muscle building. Some say 1g per pound of body weight other say 2 etc. I started consuming less protein an upped my carbs...let's see how it goes. Calories stays the same.

General rule is 2-3g per kg of bodyweight, you can actually get away with 2g per kg when enhanced and off season, and go up 2.5g when you are dieting, if natural you would need to push to 3g. Anymore you get to a point of gluconeogenisis when your body starts to covert protein to carbohydrates when carbs are too low hence why on a keto diet they don't recommend more than 2g per kg otherwise it will kick you out of ketosis.
