So, after being out of the game for a long time I've decided it is time for me to get my ass in gear again.
Decided to do a quick diet with the old information I still have in my head and going with what I am basically eating now except for the junk food( I shake my head in shame), will be reading up more over the next few weeks to clean up the diet.
BMR=2030
Body Type= Endomorth
Made my calories to around 2100 as I am a fat #### currently and thus my BMR is high. Will be going to get the bf% done soon (hopefully).
Your thoughts and suggestions will be appreciated. The table below does not have my coffee in thus I rounded it off to around 2100. Coffee is a must or I'll not be able to live.
