You might want to actually do a proper water drop and carb up.

Do full body depletion workouts 1 exercise per body part 8 reps with your 10 rep max 3 sets. Every day to allow for proper depletion.
Increase sodium by 50%. So if you have been taking in 5000mg of sodium, take 7500mg daily. Untill the wednesday down to 5000mg again on the thursday, wnd 2500mg on Friday.
