Noob needs fatburn advice was created by Chubby
Hi everyone,

Stumbled across this forum and I hope someone can guide me.

I will not be competing professionally at all. I have always been overweight and I want to finally get rid of it (for real this time). Tried plenty of crash diets before, but tired of being the fat friend.

Tried many things before, but want to try a prober supplement now. I was recommended Anavar by someone. Although with a bit of research it seems that Clen might be better?

I have no experience with steroids, but I am trying to research and learn so that I can do this safely.

I need quick results. My diet has been adjusted and I'm starting to work out, mainly body weight and resistance training and some cardio.

I have looked at CYT3 but that seems a bit dangerous? Would Clen be okay? And can someone please help with the best recommended dosage? There are so many different ones online.

Would really appreciate any advice.
Thank you.

Well your biggest issue is this statement
"I need quick results"

Quick results = drastic measures and what you need to learn is you can run fast(quick results) or you can run long(slower results) but you cant run fast for long.

So you need to 1 : focus on your weight training number 1. Focus on the basic movements, focus on frequency of training and consistency in adding more weight to the exercises over a long period of time.

With that you need to focus on consistency in your calorie consumption with a small calorie defecit. If you start on incredibly low calories you have no room to come down, and you will have a binge repeat cycle which you have clearly done for many years.

Then you need to set a realistic step goal. 7500-10000 steps daily. Yes every day. That will burn between 300-400kcal, that with a 300kcal diet defecit, you will be getting rid of about 0.5kgs per week. Do that consistently over a year you can be 25kgs lighter.

Cardio can be implemented later when fat loss stalls. Same with clenbuterol or any other fat burner. Milk your training, diet and steps for aslong as possible.

You also need to take into consideration that tracking measurements and cm loss and bf % loss not just weight to ensure that you are loosing body fat vs loosing muscle and fat at the same time.

The less muscle you have, the slower your metabolic rate and ability to burn fat for longer periods of time.

Longer, lower slower is way more maintainable.

I would avoid the chemicals as much as possible.

I did use Clen, But honestly It made me shake alot and i hated it alot.

You mentioned you are doing cardio, what are you doing? whats your heart rate and how long?
What bodyweight exercises are you doing? is it at home? or at a gym?

I would look at doing some light weights in aswell, More muscle you have, the more you will burn off.

Listen to Empire, the man knows his stuff, Focus on doing it slowly and consistently. You didnt weigh 70 one day and 90 the next, you cant look at losing more than .5kgs a week and keep it off

Proof of him knowing his stuff

also, how are you tracking your foods? I was using myfitnesspal, then I moved over to fatsecret. I hated it at first, but now I cant even imagine going back.

Good luck with your life change, Its not going to be easy, But you will love the results.

Losing fat takes longer than gaining it and the best way to lose fat is by changing your diet. There are many different healthy diets and if you stick to a healthy diet and do some light weight training and maybe some walking or jogging every day you can lose fat faster than you think.

When I need to lose fat fast I usually do a strict vegan diet, cut out all sugar and junk food (so I eat mostly fruit during this time and some vegetables and lots of it is raw). I also use natural products to make tea that will help me with losing fat, one of these is bladderwrack.
