Hi guys, Please guys can anyone please assist me. I am really struggling to put on mass. I've hit serious plateu. Been training for 2 yrs Started at 57kg. Managed to get to 67kg by beginning of the year. Now I'm 80kg. But weight won't come on have tried mass gainers, oats, peanut butter but nothing working. So if anyone has advice on what I can eat and the brands I could look for? At this point thinking of hiring coach. Will highly be + kcal and I'm 6ft.
