Hi everyone,
I'm on a journey to shed some body fat and considering incorporating Clen along with other products to expedite the process over the next four weeks. I'll be sharing my stats and routine to get well-informed advice.
I'm curious if anyone has experienced impulsive behavior while using Clen? I understand everyone reacts differently, but I'm particularly interested in hearing some insights or examples, as impulsivity is listed as a potential side effect. As a younger man, I dealt with some impulsivity issues that I've managed well as an adult.

LISS Cardio
I do a 5km fasted walk at 4:30 am, attempting to keep my heart rate below 120 bpm. Living next to a mountain with plenty of hills, I aim for 3 to 4 sessions per week. Following this, I engage in mobility, stretching, and shoulder rehab due to a healing avulsion fracture.
Diet
I adhere strictly to my diet during the week, with a bit more flexibility on weekends.
- 7 am: 50g oats with blueberries, almonds, and yogurt instead of milk.
- 10 am: 3 egg omelette with 80-100g of chicken or beef mince.
- 11:30 am: Weight training (Post workout: banana & 1 scoop whey) with lunch at 1 pm.
- 1 pm: 150g basmati, 150g chicken, 100g zucchini or broccoli.
- 3 pm: Considering adding biltong or another meal similar to lunch. What would be a better option?
- 6 pm: 200g meat (mince, rump, pork fillet, boerewors) with carbs like basmati, butternut, potato, or whole wheat pasta.
I recently tried cutting out milk during the week but found it challenging with coffee. So, I stick to black coffee during the week (espresso) and indulge in coffee with milk on weekends (2-3 cups per day).
Your advice and insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
