I thought id do a little client case study thread for you guys.
I had a client come to me 98kg, working with a coach, for a year. Came to me on close to 3800 calories a day, no real intensity to his training, waaaay to much volume in his training. He was put on gear the day he walked into the gym, and when he came to me, he was on a bridge off of his cycle his coach put him on.
we started him on 2900 kcal 300p/260c and 77f on a training day, and 300p/ 160c / 60f on off day, and gear was 200mg test 100mg masteron on a 4 day split. Cardio 30mins on upper body day, 45mins on off days, nothing on leg days.
Reason for protein being so high was due to his hb1ac being shit due to being put on mass gainers through out the day, so we needed to improve insulin sensitivity, and he wanted to eat a lot of protein as that is what he was used to.
After 8 weeks we kept test the same, and we did a 16 weeks working up to 500mg mast with 200 test. Calories came down by another 300 in total, then did another 8 weeks of 200 test 100 mast. We are now week 13 into 200 test, 500 mast and 30mg of anavar, and 80mcg of clen. Down to 220g protein now, 280g c and 40g fat and 240p/180c/45f on off daysm
Start 98kgs current 83.6kgs 272 days between.
Hb1ac from 5.9 down to 4.6.

it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, but when you have so much fat to lose, you need to prioritize fat loss first. But not bad for only 9 months of proper intense training.
