Hey Guys,
I was wondering if there is any scientific research out there stating that the body gets use to a source of protein because I heard that it does awhile back.
In my diet I get my main protein source from the following: Whey, Chicken, Steak and Eggs.
Does the body adjust to a protein source and does it eventually become less effective in helping to build muscle?
Say for instance I had just chicken and whey as my main protein source... would my body get use to it over time, and how long, if its does, will it take my body to get use to it?
